Help needed

I have 7 S88s placed around my layout. Last night I i jumped from the 3rd s88 that would be 3 and 16 to my 7th s88 7 and 1. I am using the CS3plus and traincontroller.
So my reed switch icon turns to yellow and my corresponding block turns to pink on trancontroller screen as it should My problem is that my actual reed switch will not activate the CS3 when it put my magnet to the reed switch.

What are my possible issues. Confused
