My first little bit of advice here, let's see if I manage to get it right.

Talking analogue (M-track):
Your turnout, as mentioned, has three wires, 1x yellow, 2x blue (1 with red plug, 1 with green plug)

The yellow goes into the yellow socket on your transformer. The blue(red) and blue(green) go into their respective sockets in a 7072 unit (the little blue thing with buttons), which is then connected to the brown socket on your transformer via the socket on the side of the 7072 unit.
