I suggest you watch Marklin area of eBay for a time. There you can see what similar items have for price. If you have new items, try the on-line shops for price of new, www.lokshop.de or www.reynaulds.com are two good ones. |

Hi sandrobpat, all, I agree with McLae, look at eBay, but focus on eBay.de (i.e not the U.S. based eBay.com, where (1) the prices are higher and (2) as living in EU, you cold expect custom charges etc. The same with new items, www.lokshop.de is fine, however www.reynaulds.com is above the price level you could expect in Europe (read: Germany). <img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle> Peter |

Mister Funck is quite right. However, I live in the US and do sometimes bid on things from eBay.de.
Shopping is now world-wide. Please don't be afraid to expand your reach to the rest of the world.

Aside from eBay (I'm not a big fan of that venue), are there other good on-line sites for folks wishing to sell Marklin items? I have decided to focus my interests on European models, and still have a couple of U.S.-style F-7 diesels that I have never used and would like to dispose of. Just haven't found a suitable site that is frequented primarily by Marklin fans. Is there such a site?

Compared to Ebay, there probably is not another venue that will get as much exposure and results.
If you have a fixed asking price, you could probably list it on newsgroups...
