btw. there was not catalog published 2004/2005, meaning after 2003/2004
Märklin published a so called "Presentation Book" in 2005 and 2006 and then
got back at what we were used to Märklin with 2007/2008 edition.

I have just been informed that our scanning printer broke, and was turned in for recycling. Sorry! The "presentation" full line books are hard cover. The one thing Kingsbridge capital did well.

No, something went wrong, it is a pdf and Primo got it well, try again like I wrote it.

btw ... the copyright of catalogs law in Germany has change/adapted in 2018 and again in 2001, but even in the EU every country has their own point of view abou this.

Funny is that in the old post many members looked up their catalogs over the copyright, but all did not see the frase above:

"The publication of this märklin catalog cancels all previous märklin catalogs".

I shared pdf catalogs with some "old" guys at a layout exhibition, which as a child had or had seen märklin trains, but forgot all about it and now they are big in the märklin models, became insiders and even had buy the golden Krokodil and VT 11.5.
One of them is a bit attorney, who owns his own lay firm and in conversation, I picked up the copyrights, I ask him about the pdf (sharing without money evolved) and he said "by cancelling previous catalog what is showed and said is legally also canceled by the firm, so no rights of any demand, so how do you thing they could do the same?" "We had already court decisions (Portugal) about that, mostly in the automobil market but it is the same". I tried different argumentes (hell I catch myself defending märklin) and we had a big laugh about it.
But what really put me in the corner was his argument "Let me end this with a question: "How much money did you spent in C-Track, that is braking in little pieces every time you try to use it and the catalog has said it is "almost indestructible"? I bet, you will not find that words in the recente catalog and the ones that say that got canceled"

I pasted a mirror, stayed their for a moment, only to look at the damn ass in the mirror, who was starring at me ...

btw ... I also advised them to buy only new stuff from a märklin dealer and never second hand anywhere else ... but I got some "older" models for them via internet.
