Hi, Brampton:

Welcome to the forum.

I don't know anything about Scarm Scared but I also think you do not need to it get going with Marklin.

It really is NOT difficult to get going with C track.

What is it EXACTLY that you are trying to accomplish?

If you explain that, then we can all help you. ThumpUp

Otherwise, wait until someone has experience with this program.

(By the way, Brampton is a relatively small city in Ontario, Canada. Is there a city callad Brampton in the UK? If so, where is it located)

After I posted my message to you, Brampton, I happened to notice another discussion where C track is mentioned.

One user, Walter, posted a great geometry brochure that is worth its weight in gold. BigGrin

Here is the link to the discussion, post no.3:

SCARM is a track layout diagram drawing software tool, so could be useful if Brampton is trying to draw a layout diagram. SCARM has all of the various track pieces defined in the software, that you can use to make up a track plan.

The SCARM thread is at:- https://www.marklin-user...M-Layout-Software-Update

The download links for SCARM are given in that thread. Mixy is the Developer of SCARM.

SCARM is easy to use and produces excellent results. I have been using it for several years. It includes dimensions for all track pieces.

Welcome to the Forum, Brampton. You will find quite a lot of UK Marklinists here who are always ready to help if they can.

No, not unless you are using a Windows emulator on your Mac. SCARM runs on Windows only.
