thers a lot of these on e bay, as new, and updated. whats the latest software version is it 2.0.4??? ore is there a new update

2.0.4 is the latest.

If the CS has the hardware update then it should also have at least 2.0.3 (and version 2.0.4 can then be installed via PC).

And Lutz Hemmerich has suggested, in another thread, that v2.0.5 may be available early next year.
