Both T.E.E. (Roco) Rheingold (Maerklin) and the good old "Thunderboxes". Now if only I could put a decoder into my cars to give them the sound of banging buffers together James

My favorites are my TRIX Twin Pullman coaches (tin plate with lights), My Era I and II Nebenbahn and K.Bay.Sts.B coach sets, as well as 2 Rheingold sets. My Swiss sets are lovely also. Not enought time and space to run them all!!

These two came from "Modellbahn-Paradies Erfstadt" http://stores.ebay.de/mo...lbahn-paradies-erftstadt and cost around €14 each. Postage was €17 to the UK but that's the same no matter how many items you buy and seems to get you DHL's priority service, so not too terrible if you buy a couple of items. Good ebay store - if they have anything you like the look of then go for it, these turned up in under a week which isn't bad considering the distances involved.

It is the 1st. class coach for express trains 4027.1 2nd. hand, no box, very small scratches, price equivalent to € 22.18

Weirdly it seems that there is a lot more interest in 42xx coaches than the older 41xx types - I also have 4294/5/6 on my wish list but they seem to go for about the same prices as new coaches. I could get the TEE Bavaria coach pack for not much more than 4295/6!

People are prepared to pay a lot more for the close coupling. I personally don't mind these coaches having the original spacing between them. I think it's part of the original charm.

Joined: 14/03/2005(UTC) Posts: 15,870 Location: Gibraltar, Europe		Here are the first two of my '70s pop coaches: 4091 4092 For some reason the bogies are grey on the 4091 and black on the 4092. I wonder why? Still waiting for 4093 and 4094 to arrive.
		Ray Mostly Marklin.Selection of different eras and European railways Small C track layout, control by MS2, 100+ trains but run 4-5 at a time.

My 4091 definitely has black bogies, so it seems that you have a production error of some sort. I know that grey M-D bogies were made for the 4066 coach, but AFAIK those had a different design of bogie to the 4091-4.
