No, he's just hungry ...
But then he could also be one of McLae's rugrats. Since he switched to 2-rail they feel a bit neglected, now [B)]

To be honest, I'd prefer one of those gators that Nev posted a picture of ;)

Martijn, before you jump the gun, you must ask your local zoo to see how much it costs to feed one on a daily basis.
The "fuel" [}:)][}:)] cost to keep such a "model" gator will not be trivial. As an alternative, if all you care is the size, try one of those inflatable plastic beach model.
Still beginner, no layout, random buying

John, just FYI, the 39560 is now with a green traffic light in the online database. It looks like the remaining big C-sine croc and gator are not being killed off yet. Alas, I've just ordered mine a week ago from a dealer that still have it in stock. Guess I didn't really have to hurry after all.
In any case, it now completes my 3956x pair. Hopefully the 39223 will be in stock soon. I've been waiting for mine for over a month now.

Sureley this case would qualify for a claim (addressed to the selling dealer)!

And re conversation - a good Gator is like a good wife. No mistake not talking too much ... [xx(]
John C: The picture on the grey one I've found at ebay, accidentally. Never saw this livery before.
Since bearing her regular #3322 she oughta been just a special run for some dealership (Lokschuppen
Dortmund) or customer/organisation. Most elegant colors, like Mikael's new French Gator ...

Sorry, Bert - my mistake. Seems engineer and brakeman were o.k. but because of her age the old lady
was a total loss. BTW - on the notorious Arlberg Route many Gators found their last destination,
ever since their introduction ... [:I]

Sad view for any gator enthusiast!
Years ago, from 1986 - 95 I passed the "Röherenwerke Bous" every morning, a steel factory that belonged to the ARCOR group at that time. They produced high quality steel for steel valves and coils.
I saw many locos there - most porminent ones were a number of E 94 marked with a big "Z", but also many E 40 and E 41, waiting for the steel furnace [:(]. At least, there is hope that they made some new locos from this steel, e.g. a BR 101 or ICE
. However, most probably some of the old gators ended as the gas and oil pipelines in the cold russian tundra.[xx(]

My collection has expanded since the last post. Worth a few pictures now:

and my venerable E194:

Can't resist posting a picture of my other new "gator":

But our's is green, not red. My wife loves it. All the family had to test it when we bought it. A kind, but dangerous gator.

Mike: I think your Gators can handle any lowly snakes! Cheryl saw that store and really didn't like being near it.

I hear you. I got one of those Bearded Dragons for Natasha
there and now, in addition to Starbucks coffee card, I also
sport frequent crickets buyer card in my wallet...
Damn thing consumes them by the dozens and still wants more. Talk about high maintenance item!
Our gators are much better in that respect

Fair right, Nikos - the GG-1 is the one and only American Gator.
