The test module is extremely advanced. There is even a test for lighting in wagons via Viessmann (or a modified Fleischmann pro)
ENTER: - CS Marklin (CS3, CS2) - IR Marklin center - Z21 center - Central DCC - DC conveyors - AC Kontoleri - Z control
EXIT: - H0 track - Marklin - H0 rails - Roco - H0 track - Rollenpruefstand - TT track - Tillig - N rail - Fleischmann - Track Z - Marklin - Tester MFX decoder - Viessmann buckle tester - Exit to connect other testers (eg ESU, etc.)
Types of testing - Development of locomotives - Driving - Programming - Sound and speed synchronization - Testing the MFX decoder - sound, lighting, engine - Programming IR Marklin addresses - Testing the lighting in the wagon
/ It seems to me that this topic is no longer interesting, as if to write in vain?

It would be really cool to have them write up and explain their inductive car powering circuits and technology. I'd contacted the person you had mentioned but never heard back. Its a cool solution that probably would be interesting to use by some home modellers, not having to futz with battery charging. |

I'm currently on the sea, but when I get back to Zagreb I'll talk to the chief engineer. For now I can say that a high frequency of 82 KHz is selected and everything is rated at 34.5 volts (copper strips below the road) On the underside of the vehicle there is a small conveyor in which a voltage is induced to start a small electric motor The frequency is selected by experiments and must be equal to all parts of the road, which is aligned with many capacitors. The source of high-frequency power is self-construction Frequency and voltage on the road are measured with a specially made instrument All in all is not that easy to make the whole system, but if a couple of modeling friends came together it would pay off?

More from the official site of the layout https://www.backo.hr/en/ Our post from a year ago announced the development of a technology that supplies car models with induced current. Until today, in addition to models in St. Petersburg and one smaller model in Germany, no one in the world has developed anything like this (including the largest model in the world in Hamburg!), at this point there is no technical documentation nor instructions for implementation of the project. Therefore we had to start from the beginning and come to all solutions by ourselves. Of course, with the system of trial and error. And it lasted two years (one year for the development ideas, and another for the realization of the model). But it was worth it. Today our electrical cars run on the inducted current, and thanks to the applied technical innovations, in our model there are small personal electrical cars driving (on other models there are only trailer trucks and buses driving, since they use much more electronic circuits that do not fit in a small car). And when it was all over, we hired a professional institution to measure the intensity of radiation, to ensure that our solution is not harmful, for the health of our visitors, and employees who are frequently sneaking beneath the model. The test results were the “icing on the cake.” Radiation produced by induction is negligible, ie. Substantially lower than the most rigorous global standards, which is proven by all the necessary certificates. And now, when we have a technical solution, we are left to the imagination and to enrich traffic with as much content. Some ideas are already in the implementation: police who control the speed by radar, vehicles that overtake, children crossing the road at the pedestrian crossing, parking lot with entry and exit ramps, garage for buses, and some will certainly, in time, still come to mind. Because our guiding principle is a “dynamic scale model” which has constantly a lot going on and thus draws the attention of visitors. And that is why we are unique!

Fantastic thread, very interesting to read and with lots of great pictures. It is always very interesting to watch a layout being built, thank you for taking the time to post this thread and I hope you will continue to post updates as progress is made. |

This summer, a group of young men from Sweden came to visit us With a great deal of interest they looked at the layout I asked them down and they played with the trains, and they replied that they were doing it in childhood And smaller layouts are interested in them and they friends of showed how to ride When driving the trains they were very serious, better than kids! It took a long time for them to come out, so I had to say hello to them

Today's Ivica Kostelic to do a technical review of the cable cars and ski slopes, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow is on Sljeme overlooking Zagreb held the world cup skiing Ivica Kostelic is a Croatian skier. Although at the beginning of his career he was considered exclusively by the slalom specialist, he has developed for years with one of the most versatile skiers of today. In season 2010/2011. has celebrated the greatest success of his career so far, winning a large crystal globe The trains went to the basement For now, there is not much to do because the tests are still under way Everyone approaches the elevator and they only have ramps (this will be more stories)

Layout is a big one that in it there are a lot of different details Some should be looked at from different angles For some distant, would it be good to have a binoculars? All the bridges are a manual work of a sworn team The objects were bought but they were all painted or processed later This part I always love to paint Much time has been spent on that little piece of layout

Nearly every day the announced groups of children come from kindergartens, elementary schools to middle schools and faculties Layout works are interrupted and visitors are divided into 2 groups, one up and the other in the basement

I never have been in Croatia. I should think about it to go to Zagreb once. Google told me, it is about 800 km or 15 hours by train away from my hometown. Anyway, this youth hostel (it is the "AdriaticTrainHostels", Zagreb?) in this train wagon would be a very nice experience as well. At which station is it located in Zagreb? You have so many train stations there. How far away is the "Still Standing Adriatic Real Express" from the "Backo Mini Express"?
