Dear All

I have a ninety sixties Marklin 7051 crane that works fine. It just makes a terrible noise when turning left or right. Does anyone have a manual and know where to oil it or clean it to lessen the noise.

Hi Andy... Even after some lubrication, this crane with be noisy on the layout. I have one too ! IMHO, this crane is nice looking and all on the layout, but it was not the best design in terms of mechanics, features, etc. of a crane that came out of Märklin ! We just have to live with it, I guess.
