I am not sure if this should be "here" or in "Prototypical Examples for Your layout - or is it layout examples in the prototype?" anyway, Way back in the day, when I worked at a certain facility which shall not be named...I worked with a guy who had worked at the https://pueblorailway.or...rocket-cars/test-center/ as an Ultrasonic Tech on the inspection train checking for rail defects and problems after a testing run. So I come by this honestly, if vicariously. He also mentioned that at one point they wanted to rename the center as Facility for Accelerated Rail Testing but, for reasons unknown, that was not adopted...
