Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a 3076? Or direct me to a site that has one. I have downloaded an exploded diagram but unfortunately it does not have the wiring diagram.

It should be a standard wiring and motor with a mechanical reverse unit. Same as a 3000 br 89. Pickup shoe, field coil, old type motor brushes and flat commutator.

Regards Owen Hello Owen, Do you require the diagram for repair or replacing with digital? There are pictures of original and modified for digital on this site showing replacement with digital decoder. http://maerklin-sammler-infos.d...omotiven/03076/03076.htmKimball |
HO Scale - Märklin (ep II-III and VI, C Track, digital) - 2 rail HO (Queensland Australia, UK, USA) - 3 rail OO (English Hornby Dublo) - old clockwork O gauge - Live Steam 90mm (3.1/2 inch) gauge. |

Thanks Kimball for your info.
The reason why I am looking for a wiring diagram for the 3076 is that I recently managed to buy a secondhand 3076 and I want to gather as much information as possible to enable me to maintain my locos correctly.
I do not convert any of them and prefer to keep them all in original condition. So to answer your question - The wiring diagram is for repairs.
I download exploded diagrams for each of my locos and then convert the parts description from German to English. A lot of the exploded diagrams do have a wiring diagram associated with the loco. A lot of wiring diagrams are generic but in the case of the 3076 it is completely different - hence my request for a 3076 wiring diagram.
Maybe a member might have a 3076 ac analogue loco that they could take some closeup photos of the wiring and then post it here?
Regards Owen
