Is the box the same as the one shown here?

If so that's a very early release. And while 'old' Märklin Z stuff has relatively low value if it's that old in the 72 - 74 timeframe then it could have some 'extra' value unknown to me. Otherwise $100 tops for all if it's common stuff.

You could do a search on google and see what pops up.

here's what I found: on different auction sites it goes from 60 - 150 euro

Hello

Values are really difficult to determine. Things which come into play are Location, condition, age, etc.

Here is a website which says it provides a valuation for your Marklin items. It says values are based on what they sold for. Perhaps it would help you.

To use the feature, you must create an account of Loc-Museum, a reliable site.

Here is a link to the valuation feature of their website with link to their user registration. I have never used this feature before, but you might try it. This is a German website, so I expect values are in EURs. Windows 10 should translate the site for you. I have noted that many of the new items are not listed. Likely not enough sales records for these.

Take good care

I recently became interested in z scale trains of the ‘70’s and having acquired a number of them including the 8900 set agree that the value suggested are in the right ballpark. I got an 8900 set with the 6727 transformer and and added 8611 car for $125 including tax and shipping. The box was not perfect, a box car had been substituted for the Dortmunder and the track was not in very good shape. The is also one on a auction site at $100 ish plus $10 for shipping with a couple of days to go. It gas the wrong tank car. I’ve purchased several freight cars of this vintage for $15 to $20 each but have seen some go for less.

Hope this is helpful.
