Since I have been forced into selling the HO Layout and now only allowed to run a N gauge Layout I think N gauge should be catered for in Small Gauge.

we should cater for N gauge . I know it is not Marklin Maerklin or Ma(with 2 tits)rklin, but just think of Trix as Marklin Hamo in N

respectfully yours

To write Märklin on a Windows machine, hold down the 'Alt' key and on the numeric key pad type '0228' then when you release the 'Alt' key the required character magically appears.

similarly to produce the Euro symbol, hold the 'Alt' key and type '0128' on the numeric key pad.

Note that the number needs the leading '0' and must be done on the numeric key pad. On a laptop without the numeric key pad you need to also hold the 'Fn' key to enable the numeric key pad that is within the normal keyboard while typing the numbers.

Once you get used to it, it is quite easy to do.

I also have the codes for the other characters that have the over strikes at work, can post them later if people want them.

I concurBigGrin We discuss all manor of Trix products, so Trix N gauge should be included in our small scale discussions!
My two cents...

I don't see why we can't discuss Minitrix in the small scale forum. It is part of the Marklin family.

BTW, I've written Marklin like this all my life and don't intend to change now.

I usually do as well Ray. But there are some purists who insist.

On Ebay if international I may write maerklin

Discussing Minitrix is fine by me, it is part of the Marklin family.

I usually spell Marklin as Marklin, but if I'm doing our club magazine (a copy of which goes to Märklin USA) or sending anything to Märklin, I'll spell it as 'Märklin'.

A list of ALT codes can easily be found by Googling for 'Windows ALT Codes'.
