Hi,

There seems to be support for cs2, so I see no reason it shouldn’t work on cs3. See this page:

hi
Thanks for try to help but the facts are that it does not work with software A and works with software B so I suppose there is some problem and I try to use a network analyzer and saw that packets from software B ( (TrainControler) are transmitted in TCP protocol and from software A ( JMRI ) in UDP protocol so there is may be something that I have config in the JMRI so it will work

Not exactly the most descriptive....

The CS3 (and CS2) primarily use UDP
TCP may be seen in the context of a CS1 and/or a CS1 connecting to a CS2/3 as a slave.

With the preferences set correctly with Marklin, CS2 and the ip address you will see the state reflected under Active Profile when opening PanelPro

If you are already using a layout control software then JMRI is probably not much use.

JMRI has (had) a focus on the DecoderPro programming of decoders.
This function (including SoundPro) is not available for use with the CS2/3
