I notice you as yet have not had a reply probably because very few own the controller. Perhaps there is site for this manufacturer which could help. However keep looking back as somebody here might be able to help.
Take care I like Marklin and will defend the worlds greatest model rail manufacturer.

The Viessmann site has a manual in english:

Commander 5300 Manuals

Don't know if they have the full version in other languages. Hope this helps,

Hi,

Its been so long since I did this, I think if you push the red x button in the track diagram editor it will clear the current diagram.
Get the manual as above, but I just checked and it does not actually say how.
Viessmann have a good online forum, you can ask there.

I just found my Quick Start guide, and on page 26 it confirms that pressing the red x deletes the current diagram.
That guide may be on the Viessmann site too,
