]Hi guys

I am new to Marklin and recently have bought a locomotives in the following pictures.
I do not have the box for it so am unable to find the model number.
Can someone help me identify this beauty and estimate their approximate value?
Also I have no idea what scale it is, but it is really big and heavy, with the lights in the nose and cabin.
Any help would be appreciated.

I believe that is a LGB (a part of Märklin) "TT Feldbahn" locomotive:
