Can anyone help me? I am trying to identify what model locomotive I have! It has the number 24061 on the front and cab.

I am wanting to find out what size tyres I need to use on it!

Have now attached photo!

With thanks for any assistance!

It could be a 36249, but it could also be a 30032, which I believe uses the same tyres. However looking at the tender drawbar I think it is more likely to be a 36249.

Both models will have the same road number on the loco as there was only ever one Br24 with a four wheel tender.

It's definitely the 36249 with the smaller boiler.

For future reference if you have the running number of any Marklin product you can usually find the part number Searching with my Firefox browser with "Marklin 24061" brought me the proper Marklin page for the 36249. I also use this site " https://www.modelrailroa...us/Model-Train-Directory " which records running numbers of most products. Also, the "24061" indicates a BR24 sequence number 061.
