Help with digital upgrade - Motor issue

Joined: 05/08/2010(UTC) Posts: 158 Location: Las Vegas, USA		I have a Marlklin 3750 Elizabeth generation 1 ICE engine set. It stopped working and I read the digital boards sometimes failed. I then ordered a set of Locstore motor boards for the powered and unpowered units. I also upgraded the engine lights LED’s also from Locstore. The folks at Locstore installed a new ESU decoder and sound module. I installed the boards and lights. When I put it on my test track the lights and sound functions are all working perfectly. The motor does not work and seems to be dead? I have checked the brushes and they are seated correctly. I checked the motor armature and it is a five pole type and not the three pole version. I would really appreciate any assistance on how to get the train working. Thanks Art

I will try replacing the motor and see if that is bad as well.
