Hi
I would like to have a list of Märklin wheelsets including eg:
- part number
- rim diameter
- axle lenght
- design: tapered axle or not

Does somebody knows where to find?

Hello jaakkomu

Here are some notes I made in 2020.
This might be a start for you.
700020: Wheel Dia: 12 mm Axle Length: 24.9 mm Design: stepped axle
700070: Wheel Dia: 12 mm Axle Length: 25.2 mm Design: stepped axle
700080” Wheel Dia: 12 mm Axle Length: 26.2 mm Design: stepped axle
700100: Wheel Dia: 10 mm Axle Length: 26.0 mm Design: stepped axle
700150: Wheel Dia: 10 mm Axle Length: 24.4 mm Design: tapered axle (this is the standard fittted to most European rolling stock)
700190: Wheel Dia: 10 mm Axle Length: 24.8 mm Design: stepped axle
700200: Wheel Dia: 10 mm Axle Length: 24.1 mm Design: stepped axle
700230: Wheel Dia: 10 mm Axle Length: 24.4 mm Design: tapered axle, spoke wheels
700530: Wheel Dia: 12 mm Axle Length: 24.9 mm Design: stepped axle
700590: Wheel Dia: 10 mm Axle Length: 26.0 mm Design: stepped axle, DC
700600: Wheel Dia: 10 mm Axle Length: 24.8 mm Design: stepped axle, DC

There is also a 9mm diameter wheel fitted to US rolling stock.

Thank's kimballthurlow

I have noticed your fine list allready before. It's fine start but unfortunately it's not completed. I have noticed that there are more wheelsets eg.
700120
700270
700280
700630

Sometimes it is very difficult to understand what is the right wheelset for some wagon. It is also challenging to find all those types in the market.

It'll be difficult to compile a complete list.
There also are wheelsets with 8-digit numbers for some rolling stock.

When you have the reference number of the rolling stock, then it should be possible to find the suitable wheelsets.
Are you asking for specific rolling stock?
Regards
Tom

Hi
I need eg. information for Märlin 4015 and 4017. What wheelsets they use?
I wonder why Märklin doesn't have a complete list of wheelsets?
