Hello
I have a gauge 1 T18 model 5524. It has a decoder with f0 for light and f1 to activate the smoke.
There are another 5 wires not connected in the flat ribbon cable.

I cannot find an instruction or anything about that decoder. The one in other model look quite different. There is no number on it and I was wondering if somebody would know about it.
Basically I would like to know if there are more functions available which would use the extra wires.

here are some pictures:

Thanks to anybody with some info or link where to find that decoder specs

Cheers

Hello again,
after more research, it looks like that decoder is a 6095 model (https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/marklin-maerklin-marklin-6095-digital-504192453). Trying to find more...

Right, I still have not found the spec for that decoder, but for what I saw, this decoder has functions F0 to F4, so I measure them:

F0: lights (front light uses orange and the brown as common, but the rear light uses the black and the blue)
F1: smoke generator red wire
F2: aux slate wire
F3: aux purple wire
F4: aux green wire

With F1 to F4 using the brown flat ribbon cable as a common. Note that this brown give me the positive 15V DC as common!
It seems also that the white and yellow wires are always ON , -15V DC (brown as common)

The X-Train website seems to be history now, so you could try https://moba-hgh.de/

Thanks, there is certainly lots of good info on that site. I am sure I will get closer to my search there.
