So we know Märklin is celebrating a significant birthday this year with Z-gauge, aka "Mini-Club", and that's an awesome milestone.

I have a delightful item in my man-cave also celebrating it's 50th birthday, not only this year, but this very month (sort of, he says, vaguely).

It's the largest Märklin item I own, so who can guess what it might be?

Well done, it's not the same as the one shown but is similar, and at 2m x 1m definitely qualifies as my largest Marklin product

I know your layout isn't as wide as that one, but your's does have the inner loop IIRC.

The layout shown is the 1972 catalog layout.

In fact.....
