Hi

We have a S-2937 set. The locomotive is only going in reverse. Any suggestions on how to correct this?

Thank-you

Have you tried turning the knob to extreme left IE past "0" & releasing it & turn the knob to the right? By doing this the loco should go in the other direction & gain momentum. If not please take the body off the locomotive as per the instruction booklet if you have it & take a photo of the loco. It may be a spring that has come off the reversing switch or some minor adjustment.

Hi

We do not have instructions in English. Do you know where we can get a copy?
We have not been able to get it to go forward. How do you take the body off the locomotive?
Thank-you

You were just given instructions, in English in the reply above, how did you get on with that?

Or are you looking for pictures?

[This is in German but I am sure you can follow what is going on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CRNCLsZ2aNQ

Very important: Remove screw at top of body & take body off. When you replace that screw do not tighten as you will crack the body. Just nip it up carefully. You have been warned Crying
