But I agree with @PJMarklin and I also did and do not want to extend this topic, because it has nothing to do with this community. It is a very complex and complicated area. Also it depends by decisions of the Minister for Economy in Germany. A recent example is, when China bought the company KUKA AG, Augsburg. They are producing high tech roboters. Yes foreign ownership is in and of itself not a bad thing, just as domestic ownership is not by default going to be a good thing.
