Yep bank transfer fees are a big problem from down here too... They are okay for very large transactions, but disproportionate for smaller ones.. Problem is that it is the really large transactions where you need the credit card protection that the banks don't provide with inter-bank transfers..

Can't you get access to netbanking from your bank confused

I used to pay these exorbitant fees but after I got online access to my bank I only pay 3 EUR for tranfers within EU...

I have many coaches for my LPBs (Little Plastic Beings[:o)]) but only four that qualify for this forum.

I have three of these 346/1s and their original boxes.

UserPostedImage

I also have one of these 364/4s that I'm still trying to identify the markings. I'm a passive collector of all things model railroading rather than Marklin specific, purchasing junkers and restoring them or, in the case of these cars, playing interceptor before they were tossed in a dumpster. Marklin, Athearn, and Rivarossi all share my attention, Marklin being the Mercedes Benz in my garage next to my Fords and ChevroletsSmile.

Congratulations again, Steven

I plan to use my 43138 and 43139 with 4101, 4103, Roco 4201C and the Primex 33005 steamer (Br 23), to make a not-so-long train set with many cars.
Maybe not a correct train, but I think it looks quite good.
The 4101 has a 60960 decoder and a small monostable relay to supply the cars with current for interior light.
Best regards Svein, Norway

the swiss coaches are nice. I am also looking for the SBB buffet and the mitropa SBB diner cars, but they don't show up on ebay USA too often, especially the mitropa edition. shipping is a bit much from most ebay.de sellers, unfortunately

Have a small wheel problem with the 4228 set. Have to check out the wiring and also thoroughly clean wheels. the Lights come and go and flicker badly. THe wheels were very dirty and what looks like some corrosion.
I have some new wheels on order.

Very nice collection, Lutz.

My collection increased by three after my visit to Märklin Erlebniswelt on July 4. I got a 42993 set from my wife as a late birthday present.

Now my DB Südwind is soon complete, with 39579 E103, 42972 bar, 42973 restaurant and now the 42993 set. Refer to and old topic about when the pantograph on restaurant cars are in operation.

Aaaah..

Quite easy to count, but I had to get the boxes for the numbers:

1 - 4235 Bie coach
1 - 4315 Baggage
1 - 4703 GEP expressgut
1 - 4507 Post DR

That is a pretty mixed up batch, but I can cover just about any era!
biggrin And I have a good start on a brace of Donnerbuchsen.
