Hi all, my cs1 won't bootup. I turn on the power and the bootup process starts, but it doesn't go past the process of the initial screen with the red stop button on, and the black square moving from side to side. Can someone please help me.
Thanks in advance,
Greg
Take it easy . . . . or any other way you can get it !!!!

Hi Greg,

Check if there rubbish such as ballast or so, squissed in between the touchscreen and the housing, at the sides. This will keep functions pressed on the keyboard, and may desturb booting. I don't think this is the problem in your case, but check it anyway. I had this problem a couple times, resulting the touchscreen not responding.
Regards
Kenneth

Hi Steven,

I'm using the transformer that came with the unit. The CS1 was working before without problems - it just started to happen this way.

You may need to reset it from the web interface, it happened to me.
Just read my topic about a scary evening.
Are you able to connect it via ethernet?
