I purchased a new mobile station 60657 and used it for five or six times without any problems. Today I wanted to use it again but it is stuck in STOP mode and I am unable to get it out of this stop mode.

Any ideas?

If it is not in stop mode because of a short on your layout, and if it is brand new: Back to the dealer.

Disconnect the box from the layout and see if it's still stuck in Stop mode. If it's OK then you have a short circuit on your layout.

Bonjour,
Malheureusement je n'ai pas la réponse, mais par contre j'ai le même problème avec ma station le bouton stop reste bloqué au rouge.
J'ai lu les conseils précédent et j'ai déconnecter du réseau et le voyant stop reste toujours allumé.
Pouvez-vous m'aider svp.

Unfortunately, I don't have the answer, but I'm having the same problem with my station: the stop button remains stuck in red.
I read the previous advice and disconnected from the network, and the stop light still remains on.
It would be helpful if you could help me, please.

Si l'appareil est bloquée en "Stop" meme quand l'appareil n'est pas branché au rails, il est possible que l'appareil est cuit.
Essayez de faire un "reset" (voir p. 68)

Reset 68.pdf (38kb) downloaded 2 time(s).

Debrancher la MS. Laissez sans alimentation (15-20 sec). Connectez la MS a une section de rail droit de 360mm (séparé du réseau).
Branchez la MS. Voir si elle demeure en mode "Stop"

Disconnect the MS from the power supply for a minute or two. Connect the MS to a short track section (one or two segments) not part of the layout
Plug MS back in and see whether the "stop" remains active.
Hopefully it will resume working

If not, try a reset (Page 43-44 of the manual)

If it still does not work, send an email to digital(at)marklin.com and see if Rick and team can assist.

Problèmes résolu J'avais une broche du câble de la station qui était tordu,
je l'ai redresser et tout fonctionne à nouveau.
