Although such lights would be a welcome solution to the conversion you are wanting, it is sad such a direct replacement is not currently available. At least I have not seen them announced for light structures.

It would seem that LED light modules which are produced for direct replacement for a locomotive would also plug into your light socket. High-tech Modelbau sells various light modules, perhaps one would fit the socket. I can’t say it would work as I have not tried this. It certainly seems such a solution might be possible. This might be an expensive solution if it works.

You are no doubt aware of the LED light circuits which are already available. It would be rather easy to convert to these, because you already have the two source wires needed. Conversion to these would take a huge effort.

Perhaps a producer or someone has seen this and is working on a product. Previously we had cheaper LED providers right there in the UK. They no longer sell these. This is unfortunate, but perhaps support for our hobby has started to turn around and return. I just don’t recall seeing anything on this recently.

I also located some very well made mini pre-made LED light products, right on Amazon. These are well made small light products I from Viessmann, which were offered at a reasonably price. Search Amazon using Viessmann 3560 or 3562. It indicates $18.00 for two but when I received them there were 5 or 6 individual lights in the package. It is possible you could just connect these to your electrical lines. I found them easy to implement This might work until something better comes along. Here is a link:

Of course shipping and tariffs are something to be aware of.
