Joined: 06/01/2025(UTC) Posts: 48 Location: Ilfov, Voluntari		Hello guys, I just bought Marklin 37265, I will receive it next week. Anyways, I see that it has fx decoder. I'm not sure if the loco has sound or not, on some pages it says that it has sound "effects generator, specifically for a horn sound". and now the question: It is possible to add sound to this loco? or a specific sound decoder? is fx enough developed to allow sound packages? Thank you for your time!

Joined: 16/02/2004(UTC) Posts: 15,474 Location: DE-NW		The 37265 does not have an fx decoder as Märklin defines that term. No sound ex works. To get sound, you will need a new decoder. And back then decoder boards were tailored for each locomotive, so replacing the decoder could be difficult
