The new class 66 39665 seems to be a very nice tank engine. I was surprised to see that they had fitted a dynamic smoke generator in it. Cool
In the latest insider magazine, there is also a nice article about it.

To me it looks like a Br64 with an extended coal bunker, that then requires a two axle bogie under it instead of the single axle one the Br64 has.
