Hi guys, Have a new issue, bought another roco vt98 , pfff im so unlucky. The loco doest runat all and the lights are flickering ?si=_EJ3o-U5bUWNqPW7 Any idea what the issue is? Maybe the previous owner put it on analog and destroyed the decodor? Thanks

Some first questions:
- do the mechanics spin freely?
- what type of motor?
- does it get voltage from the pickup slider?
- does it have continuity between its two contacts?
- does it spin if voltage applied directly there (no decoder attached)? |
