This pickup shoe is suppost to be snapped in. Check carefully and you should be able to put it back in place.

If it doesn't snap in, try a droplet of (super-) glue. The pictures are not too sharp, but the slider / pickup shoe looks pretty unworn if not new, so it would be worthwhile to try to reuse. Make sure there is continuity for the current contact! Edited by user 14 January 2025 21:50:45(UTC)

The slider is part E103264. It comes in a bag of 4 for EUR 25. There is one on eBay (2 sliders): https://www.ebay.com/itm/292721417128?You may be able to repair your's by removing the base plate (see the eBay listing for a photo) and clipping the metal clips back around it Regards Mike C

Hello Adrian, Please refer to the page 29 of the instruction manual. There you can see how the slider is extracted and how it should go. No need to buy expensive part. By the photos it is just bent and you can fix the problem with a clamp or even with your fingers. If you are missing the instruction manual you can find it here. https://www.maerklin.de/en/products/details/article/39978#Hope this fix the problem. Kr, Eduardo
