I am planning to digitize my turnouts and the reviews for the Viessmann decoders in this forum were better than the ones for M*. Also, the fact that the Viessmann decoders can be powered by a separate transformer is appealing. Thanks.

Joined: 27/10/2006(UTC) Posts: 692 Location: Italy		Either way, you can power them directly from the transformer, Bigdaddy I believe use this config, or use the 5215 in between for that extra pulse. Inside the 5215 there is just a relatively big capacitor, that's all.
