I have bought a use Marklin Ice train.I dont know which version but it has a Delta decoder with 4 switches.
Idont know the adresse but the switces are set 1 and 3 is on.
The coupling is white plastic

That is MM address 60. It is usually used for delta railcars.

To find the version of your ICE, check the road numbers on the model.

ICE 1 has 401 xxx on the powered cars (2 per train). ICE 2 has 402 on the powered car (1 per consist).
ICE 3 has 403, 406, or 407.

410 was used with ICE S and the prototype train.

We might tell you more if you show a picture or tell us Märklin's ref. number.

But how can I figure out what version this train is?

Hiand tnx ,I found ,it said 401 565-7 on the side.
