Is there manual equivalent of a 5140 turnout (M track) or alternatively can the same be achieved by other means. I wish to construct the HO set extension program using the 5190-4 extension sets.

Hi Benders (no first name?) Welcome to our forum. Manual M switches were 5121 (R1) and 5221 (R2) Just in case I attach a track manual Cat Marklin Gleisplane 0390 (1975).pdf (17,318kb) downloaded 124 time(s).. Cheers Jean |

Benders, In the gleisplan, the solution is on page 7, figure 4 wherein you substitute a manual turnout for one of the curve sections as the curve of the 51xx turnout and the 5100 curve section are the same. |

I am resurrecting and building up my set from the 1950/60's now that i have time.
