My wife says: all I'm interested is playing with model trains, which of course is totally wrong: I repair model trains, I buy model trains and I sell model trains and I talk about model trains |

Thankfully, my wife also has a hobby that means packages arriving at our house more or less regularly. So nowadays it's just a (pretend) sigh and a "what have you bought this time". On both sides, that is! |

my wife seeing I'm not at all happy with my layout and train traffic told me to give up. It is summer after all and why would I want to pass my days inside, she says. So the other day she suggested we went for fish and chips on the Suffolk coast. We had a nice picnic on the beach, isolated, very relaxing and fun. We managed to see a seal too :-)
She's right, maybe I vocer them up for the summer o dismantle and start afresh in Autumn ? Maybe she' right.

You all crack me. For a second I thought I was in one of my Amateur Radio forums, and someone was complaining about having to sneak the latest 'acquisition' in this endeavor past the significant other.

Hi, Nowadays my wife pretends that she is surprised when MRR stuff arrives. "Oh it's a delivery from Germany"!!! She few days later: "Wow... again a package from Germany". Me: "No... it's from The Netherlands this time". -Åke-
