Questions:

So i have been installing Marklin 74470 C - track lanterns, then I came to the Marklin three way 24630 installed the lanterns, but no where to do the wiring or the led strip, any suggestions

Not sure I understand your question
One way to connect Lantern LEDs is to solder them to the O and B connections
The other way is to have a separate power for those LEDs the current is so small it does make any difference

If you follow the lantern instruction diagram you will see that the LED strips are mounted directly in 2 places without using the usual left and right hand plastic strip holders. The yellow and brown wires are connected to your external lighting bus system as usual, or if you are using digital power directly from the turnout, they can be soldered to the B and O spades as suggested by JohnjeanB. However, if you have a lot of turnouts, I would suggest that you wire them to a dedicated lighting bus.
