which producers / shops offer H0 goods wagon loads ?
In England everything is 00 so not in scale with Marklin.

Thank you I have lots of the Hornby Skaledale loads on my HO trains. Things like logs, crates, cable drums, sawn wood, etc. can come in different sizes and does not look out of scale. I particularly like the goods loads which are covered with a tarpaulin, and I use them a lot. Sawn timber load:  Logs:  An assortment of skaledale goods waiting to be loaded:  If you really must have HO I recommend the wagon loads made by Faller and Noch. |

Mostly Marklin.Selection of different eras and European railways
Small C track layout, control by MS2, 100+ trains but run 4-5 at a time.

thank you guys. I went to the German website, interesting things.
Skaledale is interesting as well.
I have a few flat cars and gondolas.
On the flat cars I have laid a few layers of wooden beams found at B&Q as flower poles. I don't know if they need tying even though it seems the most logical thing to do.
In one gondola I have made a coal load using real coal, when I could find it
How would it be possible to make 'cable drums' at home ?

How would it be possible to make 'cable drums' at home ? A bit of dowel for the centre and some scale planking for the end 'wheels' ? If you really want to make it look more authentic if using them as empty cable drums then also glue some planking on the dowel.
