A question please : which wire cross-section between the cs2 or a booster and an M84-M83? 0.75 mm2 or 0.14 mm2?

I would opt for the 0.75mm2

0,75 mm² are good. I use the same profile. Märklin requests as a minimum 0,5 mm² cross-section between a CS and the layout current feeding point.

A booster and/or a m83/m84 is part of the CAN-bus. Either they do have their own power supply (like the booster) or get their power via the CAN-bus. But they have always their own special cabel for the CAN-bus conncetion. Another special extra wiring is not required between the devcies. For cabeling between a device (e.g. m83) and a turnout a profil of 0,14 mm² will be sufficient by Märklin.

I will choose the 0.75 mm2 from my booster because I will have a series of M84 and M83 coupled together and an additional reason for this choice is that an output of an M84 will allow the lights of the city to go out.
