I suggest you stop with your undocumented utterings and go with what ever digital system you use this week. I am sure you will be a happier man. Märklin is clearly too complicated for you.
I´m not alone who did had problem with the Märklins decoder.
I see in the youtube how Märklinist change out decoder to another manufactured and are more happier to use it.
I have ESU locomotive and it works better than Märklin with mfx.
If i did changed out decoder in the Märklin trains i would do it.
I would also choice Ecos by to have possibility use ESU decoders resources.
It´s my recommended.

What are those problems? You always fail to explain.

One guy on Youtube? That is your documenation? O N E guy? Really? I would say, that is a pretty good track record in Märklins favour.
For the record I believe you are talking about Wilstein (beautiful layout btw.) and the episode where he changed a Märklin decoder for ESU because he "liked the ESU sound better". A personal preference. Nothing else.

Which false information??
You are now using Lenz, and when you had at MS2 you didn't update it, according to what you write.
Holding a CS2 or a CS3 for 5 minutes in a shop is not "testing"; but just "trying".
Even when your tracks are dirty, you blame Märklin.
Per.
The latest update i did had on the Trix MS2 was 2.5 for 3 years ago.
Yes i use Lenz today.
No i did really testing both CS2 and CS3.
I did cleaned Märklin tracks with chemical gasoline 5 times and still Märklins track oxid while you have digital power remain on.
I suggest TS to buy both CS3 and Ecos if TS feel unsure so why not both of it?
Maybe you could clean the loco wheels and the pick up as I dont see any problems with C track if cleaned once per week.
Why would anybody want to buy both a CS and an ECOS.
Take care I like Marklin and will defend the worlds greatest model rail manufacturer.
