Hi guys, Im building a 3600 rail layout with 2 circuits .All points are on inner circuit with 1 pair joining the two .I had everything hooked up and wanted to test.I powered up a transformer and all the lights on points lit up, but as soon as turned up the power all lights dimmed and then went out amd loco would not work. So I have started the wiring again but am not sure about the level crossing. Its like the 7192 but with solid rail. Each side has a yellow wire coming from it and a plug in connection.I was looking at diagram on the Forum and it seemed to show both loose wires joined together and from one of the plug in connections a wire going to the l connector on transformer. Would this be right. Im using 2 6647 transformers Eddie

The two yellow wires are for the solenoids that raise the gates, they are connected to the L of the transformer either together, separately or via a distribution block like 72090 (formerly 7209). The ground is through the tabs at the centre of the roadway. Here is a wiring diagram I found on the internet, they connect on side of the roadway to the outlet on the other, but the yellow is common: Hope this helps! Harold.
