Hi Mike, my initial reaction is that I don't like slideshows at all - but that's just me. I didn't download this one, mainly because what you collect is largely different to what I collect.

Taking individual photos is indeed time-consuming and some of the upload process can be tiresome. However, the system forces you to add descriptions of the photos and presumably this text is searchable via the forum search function. I'm adding my Marklin stuff back into the forum on that basis. It's also harder for those of us that LEAVE THE FORUM to delete the individual photos as part of a temporary hissy-fit.

This sort of photographic record will help people decide if they they really like the model before they buy it. Firstly the quality of most pictures supplied by all manufacturers never seems to do the model in question any justice; secondly it helps those of us that don't have ready access to a shop to wander into and just browse, to view the model in detail.

From my perspective, continue as you see fit; any contribution is valuable.
