Hi all - I have to order everything in from Germany and recently I ordered a 1 Gauge Vitrine display - quite a big, heavy and fragile item. Well when it arrived the vitrine was cracked in two places - I think my friends in the parcel section or DHL are a bit heavy handed.!![:0] So it was messed up and I was dissapointed![:(][:(]  Well the Lokshop obliged and quickly replaced the whole display under insurance and the new one arrived yesterday.:  Great service from the LokShop  PS: the catenary is on standby for the 1 Gauge Crocodile which is on order (55562)[:p][:p][:p] |

Nothing better than a shop, that understands that service is just as important as price. I like to order Märklin stuff online as it often is cheaper than what I can buy in my local store... But then again: my local store has great service, the people are always ready to exchange ideas, and their priceses are actually not that bad  I love my little local store, but must admit that I buy big from online distributers |

Good news for me. I am considering some purchases from them this year due to pricing. Their pricing as mentioned in another thread is just heard to beat.
