Hi all - I have to order everything in from Germany and recently I ordered a 1 Gauge Vitrine display - quite a big, heavy and fragile item. Well when it arrived the vitrine was cracked in two places - I think my friends in the parcel section or DHL are a bit heavy handed.!![:0]
So it was messed up and I was dissapointed![:(][:(]

Well the Lokshop obliged and quickly replaced the whole display under insurance and the new one arrived yesterday.:

PS: the catenary is on standby for the 1 Gauge Crocodile which is on order (55562)[:p][:p][:p]

Nothing better than a shop, that understands that service is just as important as price.

I like to order Märklin stuff online as it often is cheaper than what I can buy in my local store... But then again: my local store has great service, the people are always ready to exchange ideas, and their priceses are actually not that badbiggrin

I love my little local store, but must admit that I buy big from online distributers biggrin

Good news for me. I am considering some purchases from them this year due to pricing. Their pricing as mentioned in another thread is just heard to beat.

Glad to hear that their service is just as good.
