Thanks for the pictures. Best wishes for a wonderful, healthy and safe New Year. Your layout is a work of art, dedication, frienship and skill. It is an inspriation to me. 1) I did not know that analog signals could be converted to digital. I will have to look into that. 2) Could you please show us a video of the decoupling devices in use? It's a lot of fun to run a model RR 'Hands Free' by making up and shunting train consists without using your hands. Marklin allows this depth of realism. Plus, I like the little Rail Yard Switchers (Shunters). You've done a fantastic job. To me, everything about this layout makes sense, if you know what I mean. Oh, and 36 passenger coaches is not 'a few'. LOL

Cheers. Hi Shintaro, Compared to many members' layouts, mine is an old conservative one....but it has many and many stories...so I think some will find a different taste with it Thank you for your kind interest.... Cheers, mehmet |

Greetings, Thank you for the video. My son enjoyed it and wants me to add that to 'his' layout. Please send my thanks to the train engineers for their hard work and professionalism in swiching/shunting the freight cars. Time for me to do some wireing on the layout, perhaps.
Great model. It's a train shed, no? I think your friend did a great job. Building the models is half the fun, in my opinion.
Have a great 2012.
Paul

Hi Mehmet, Great view from the train cab. The driver was making sure he was on the right track ! You have so many trackside workmen and passengers and each one is playing his part. I look forward to seeing it "for real" when I visit you in June this year. Regards, John

Congratulations Mehmet,
Absolutely stunning layout with great detail and plenty of interesting little scenes. Great to see it lit up at night and that M track is being utilized to its full potential. I will have to build something a bit more impressive that my Carpebahn to post online myself sometime.
Regards,
Daniell, New Zealand.
