I got an E40 from the 29855 starter set off eBay.
It is the quietest loco I have.
Can't get the whistle to work off MS.
Very happy anyway.

As mentioned yesterday my Swiss fever has returned due to overwhelming exposure to the real thing ...
So went to a local dealer to pick up the 37643 MaK shunter only to find that it was sold out [:(]
Anyway, the trip was by no means in vain as this beauty was basking on his shelf
moreover, some Interregio coaches (Roco 44495) were among his second hand selection allowing me to model a good approximation of
the Basel - Zofingen train that I saw at Basel SBB station
