My daughter is spending a few days in Amsterdam - in Die Dam area - anyone know if there are any model train shops in the vicinity that sells Marklin?...i hope so.... thanx, Joe

If you want to make a longer trip, go to Rotterdam and see the railz miniworld. A large lay-out with the theme Rotterdam and other Dutch cities and landscapes. You can travel within the hour with he high speed train (Fyra). The lay-out is just outside the station. There also a large train shop in Rotterdam Meijer & Blessing.nl. Just a 15 minutes walk from the station. |

I would like her to bring back some sorely needed track pieces - not too big, that will fit into her luggage easily! (Isn't that BR 23 just out of this world....thanks again for your input) Joe

Joe-the prices will be normal retail prices. Virtally the same as retail pricing in Germany. |
