Nev. What can I say. By now you must feel somewhat upset to say the least. I presume it would be insured but in any event another new CS should be ready for despatch to you if this is not found within the next few days.
All of this is hardly the dealers fault but I expect he is your only course of action to get the new CS you are due.

PS News Flash.
THe CS was discovered hiding from NZ post in the Customs. It had not been cleared as stated. Now it has. With Luck ( Fingers and other bits crossed) I will see it within 10-12 days.
