My wife and I decided to go and I've just booked a hotel in the neighbourhood. Who is also planning on a trip to the Modellbahn Treff? I know you do Ron! Would it be a nice idea to meet at the Insider stand-that's to say if there is one-for instance. Please let me know. Kind regards Guus

I found it through this website: http://www.deutsche-pens...sion-stuttgart/home.html You might also have a look here: http://www.stauferland.de/ On the left side you find: "Hotels und Gasthöfe" or "Ferienwohnungen". I had booked tickets for the Modellbahntreff which was originally scheduled for May 2007 and since I could not change them I took the trip back then. Wonderful, unforgetable time since I visited the Nurnberg Train Museum as well as Maerklin World in Goeppingen and had an interesting meeting with Maerklin's Export Manager in the HQ. I intended to travel again for the Modellbahntreff new date 15-16 September but our Prime Minister had a different view and he decided to announce elections for this weekend. Therefore I have to stay in Greece and vote instead of visiting Goeppingen. I promise however that next time, God helps us, my brother, my best man and I will all make it to Modellbahntreff. Enjoy yourselves as much as you can! Symeon
