Recently, I arranged several level crossings with a ramp
The first is a 60-year-old Faller (made since the beginning of the 60s), I got it partially assembled several decades ago.

The raising and lowering is driven by this unusual motor which creates a fluttering of the piston by oscillations of alternating voltage. He then hits the a round rubberized wheel on an axle with a worm

There are also contacts that turn the drive on or off in the upper and lower positions

The first attempts were not very successful, but when I put the thread in the right way, it got better

Later I will paint the road and other surfaces, sow grass and put up traffic signs

I will have to find a place somewhere on the layout to place it?

I slightly painted the road and the stone base around the house and planted grass and flowers

I assembled a Primex ramp for a friend
UserPostedImage
Someone careless damaged it with a soldering iron, so he couldn't assemble it
UserPostedImage
The bearing of this relay was damaged
UserPostedImage
I managed to put it together by melting the metal end of the relay into the plastic

Then I planted grass and flowers and glued foils with road and boards

I found another old Kibri ramp, it is certainly over 50 years old
UserPostedImage
In each half there is a drive
UserPostedImage
At first there was no reaction, but after treatment with contact spray and a little cleaning, it worked
UserPostedImage

There was more work to do
UserPostedImageAnd finally, some coloring and gluing
UserPostedImageUserPostedImage
I also edited one N ramp without drive
UserPostedImage
There is also one H0 crossing next to it
UserPostedImage
Another damaged H0 was found
